How to Use Tee Claw

How to Use Tee Claw

To Properly Use Your Tee Claw:

  • Secure the elastic lanyard: If you're using the elastic lanyard, make sure to secure the loop to the rubber notch on the bottom of the Tee Claw. This helps prevent it from flying down range if dislodged.
  • Insert and twist: Press and turn the Tee Claw clockwise into the golf mat, artificial mat, or grass surface to securely attach it.
  • Insert golf tee: You can place any size wood or plastic golf tee into the Tee Claw. For desired tee height, you may need to use smaller golf tees or cut down larger ones.
  • Utilize elastic lanyards: These can serve as visual aids for alignment, swing path, and more.
  • Compliance with golf rules: The Tee Claw conforms to the Rules of Golf, so you can use it confidently during practice sessions.

Do Not:

  • Avoid striking with a club: Do not hit or strike the Tee Claw directly with a club or any hard object, as this can cause damage or breakage.
  • Don’t push tee through bottom rubber notch: Avoid pushing your tee through the bottom rubber notch on the Tee Claw, as this prevents proper securing in mats.
  • Do not hit directly off the Tee Claw: Avoid hitting a golf ball directly off the top of the Tee Claw, as this can damage or break it.
  • Don’t overextend the lanyard: Avoid overextending the elastic lanyard, as this can weaken or break the lanyard or metal clasp.
  • Prevent twisting or attachment of lanyards to claws: Do not allow the lanyard to be twisted around or attached to the claws of the Tee Claw, as this could cause fraying or breakage.
  • Avoid inserting tee into lanyard loop: Refrain from inserting the tee into the lanyard loop to prevent it from flying down range. Striking the lanyard with a golf club can cause it to fray or break, so this practice is not recommended.
